- Team Review & Reporting:
- Conduct fortnightly reviews for management updates, align objectives with Channel Sales, Private Education, and B2B Projects.
- Lead business planning workshops and provide guidance to channel sales managers.
- Product Team Collaboration:
- Align business goals with product team needs, and provide market insights for product roadmap development.
- Product & Segment Advocacy:
- Track key technology trends, understand customer requirements, and plan with B2B channel partners for large-scale projects.
- Partner Management:
- Manage relationships with key partners and consultants, organize business reviews, and scale GeM Business through partners.
- Competition Analysis:
- Monitor and report on competition activities, pricing, and tender outcomes.
- Customer Engagement:
- Map and structure engagement with private education institutions, influence key decision-makers, and support partner sales teams.
- Sales Management:
- Utilize CRM tools, manage sales funnels, drive sales for education solutions, and achieve targets with a focus on margin.
- Marketing Initiatives:
- Collaborate with the B2B marketing team on initiatives, events, and expos to enhance UTL education solutions' visibility.
- Market Mapping:
- Stay informed on display technology, NEP 2020 education solutions, and related trends, focusing on private and reseller segments.
- Industry: Hardware, Office Automation, Education Technology Sales
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in channel sales with a proven track record.
- Education: MBA/M.Tech/BBA/BCA/B.E/B.Tech or equivalent.
