Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Team Review & Reporting:
  • Conduct fortnightly reviews for management updates, align objectives with Channel Sales, Private Education, and B2B Projects.
  • Lead business planning workshops and provide guidance to channel sales managers.
  1. Product Team Collaboration:
  • Align business goals with product team needs, and provide market insights for product roadmap development.
  1. Product & Segment Advocacy:
  • Track key technology trends, understand customer requirements, and plan with B2B channel partners for large-scale projects.
  1. Partner Management:
  • Manage relationships with key partners and consultants, organize business reviews, and scale GeM Business through partners.
  1. Competition Analysis:
  • Monitor and report on competition activities, pricing, and tender outcomes.
  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Map and structure engagement with private education institutions, influence key decision-makers, and support partner sales teams.
  1. Sales Management:
  • Utilize CRM tools, manage sales funnels, drive sales for education solutions, and achieve targets with a focus on margin.
  1. Marketing Initiatives:
  • Collaborate with the B2B marketing team on initiatives, events, and expos to enhance UTL education solutions' visibility.
  1. Market Mapping:
  • Stay informed on display technology, NEP 2020 education solutions, and related trends, focusing on private and reseller segments.
