Loca&on: Mumbai

About the Role: A leading early-growth private equity fund manager is focused on the

Indian consumption opportunity through investments in emerging SME leaders. The Investor RelaAons

Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporAng the Investor RelaAons team's iniAaAves, including lead sourcing

and outreach. This role involves close collaboraAon with our Investment, OperaAons, and Finance teams to

compile investor reports, analyze fund data, and develop/maintain fundraising materials.

Key Responsibili&es:


• Conduct thorough market research with meAculous aIenAon to detail.


• Manage fundraising leads through a designated plaTorm.


• Document informaAon and create comprehensive profiles of potenAal prospects.


• Take the lead in organizing recurring fundraising events.


• Assist the fundraising team in preparing for conferences and other events.


• Enhance and refine fundraising materials.


• Compile and design reports for our sourcing and screening processes.


• Support the preparaAon of investor pitches.


• Drive efforts in execuAng investor documentaAon including data entry.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and AFributes:


• Familiarity with enAAes and key players in the invesAng ecosystem.


• Goal-oriented with a proacAve approach to achieving high-bar objecAves.


• Strong work ethic with a willingness to go the extra mile during peak fundraising periods.


• Excellent wriIen and verbal communicaAon skills.


• Process-oriented mindset.


• Resourcefulness in finding informaAon that may not be readily available.


• Proficiency in MicrosoX Office suite and Google ApplicaAons; experience with fundraising and

consAtuency soXware preferred.

Qualifica&ons:


• 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.


• MBA, CFA or related advanced degree preferred.


• Persuasive and polished communicaAon skills, with a knack for networking.


• Ability to effecAvely manage mulAple projects simultaneously and deliver results.


• Entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for synthesizing complex informaAon.


• Self-directed and proacAve in compleAng projects accurately and on Ame.


• Strong work ethic and willingness to meet project deadlines.
