About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to join our accounts department at Marine Lines. The candidate should be well-versed in accounting practices, capable of handling day-to-day transactions, and assisting in statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Return filing of GST, TDS, ITR etc
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory records
  • Bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts records
  • Support management with MIS reports as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: B.Com / M.Com
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting (preferably in a corporate setup)
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / Excel / MS Office
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, Taxations and accounting standards
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and organized

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
