Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Define and implement operational strategies to support company growth and long-term goals.

Process Excellence:
Establish and optimize systems, policies and workflows to ensure efficiency and quality in service delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance to align operations with business objectives.

Team Leadership:
Build, lead and mentor the team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

Performance Tracking:
Develop and monitor KPIs, operational dashboards and reporting mechanisms for continuous improvement.

Customer & Partner Experience:
Ensure smooth onboarding, support and retention processes for clients, customers and partners.

Vendor & Resource Management:
Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations and procurement strategies.

Risk & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal guidelines and industry regulations.

Innovation & Scalability: Identify opportunities for automation, technology adoption and process innovation to scale operations.

Budget Management:
Manage operational budgets, optimize resource allocation and drive cost efficiencies.

Overseeing teacher scheduling, student enrollment and LMS operations.

Building systems for scalable parent communication and feedback management.

Driving operational readiness for fundraising and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).

  • Ability to handle multiple communication channels, including phone and WhatsApp.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive and extroverted personality.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
