About the Role:

We're looking for energetic and responsible Tatkal & Logistics Operations Executives who can efficiently handle end-to-end train ticket bookings, trainer travel coordination, and cost optimization.

The role requires quick thinking, accuracy, and strong communication skills to manage time-sensitive bookings and ensure smooth travel arrangements for our trainers across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Tatkal ticket bookings and manage last-minute travel arrangements.

Allocate trainers to respective locations and ensure timely coordination.

Identify best travel routes, boarding/dropping points, and alternate options for confirmation.

Ensure cost-effective travel and accommodation planning.

Maintain detailed records of bookings, cancellations, and expenses using Excel.

Handle multi-tasking under pressure and meet daily operational deadlines.

Ensure trainer safety, comfort, and compliance with company travel policies.

Communicate efficiently with internal teams, vendors, and trainers for real-time updates.

Provide analytical inputs to improve travel efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

Laptop is mandatory for daily work.

Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to handle pressure situations and time-critical bookings.

Basic knowledge of IRCTC / train routes / travel booking platforms preferred.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers can apply).
