Brand Solutions / Business Development Manager
who can help us grow aggressively in BKC, South Mumbai, Andheri, and D2C sectors.

Role Overview:

The Brand Solutions Manager will be responsible for
driving revenue
,
building brand relationships
, and
creating high-value campaign solutions
for brands, agencies, and marketing teams.

This role is a mix of:

Business Development

Brand Strategy & Solutions

Influencer Marketing Understanding

Content Production Understanding

Client Relationship Management

Revenue Ownership

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Business Acquisition (Top Priority)

  • Identify and target potential brands across BKC, South Mumbai, Andheri, D2C, fintech, FMCG, health, and lifestyle categories.
  • Set aggressive outreach targets (daily/weekly) — calls, emails, LinkedIn, meetings.
  • Build a strong brand funnel of 100+ active prospects.
  • Drive conversions from first conversation → brief → pitch → closure.
  • Represent Socio Spy Media in networking spaces, events, and brand meetings.

2. Client Strategy & Solutioning

  • Understand brand goals, budgets, and marketing challenges.
  • Craft proposal decks with influencer strategies, video production solutions, and integrated content ideas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (influencer, production, creative) to shape strong, pitch-winning strategies.
  • Present ideas with clarity, confidence, and persuasion.

3. Influencer Marketing Expertise

(Not execution — but strong working knowledge required.)

  • Understand creator categories, costing, usage rights, and content formats.
  • Suggest creators that fit brand objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Work closely with network of creators and managers.

4. Video Production Solutions

  • Understand production-level requirements: scripts, ideas, shoots, budgets, deliverables.
  • Pitch production + influencer combos where relevant.
  • Work with the founder/producer team for planning pitch-ready treatments.

5. Revenue Ownership

  • Own monthly revenue targets.
  • Track pipeline, forecasting, closures, payouts, and collections.
  • Maintain updated CRM and weekly reporting dashboards.

6. Client Relationship & Retention

  • Build long-term relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, and agency planners.
  • Upsell & cross-sell services: influencers, content, production, amplification.
  • Ensure repeat business and 3–6 month retainers.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must-Have Skills

  • 5-10 years in an agency or brand-facing role
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing & brand content
  • Excellent communication — written & verbal
  • Strong presentation skills (decks, proposals, storytelling)
  • Negotiation & closing experience
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • High confidence & client-facing presence
  • Ability to work under pressure and close fast-moving deals

Good-to-Have

  • Relationships within the Mumbai marketing ecosystem
  • Previous experience in influencer agencies, talent management, or digital advertising
  • Basic knowledge of video production & content shoots
  • Comfort with tools: Google Sheets, Slides, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business
