Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive (IT Sales)
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT domain.

Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.).

Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and delivery) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.

Meet or exceed sales targets and business objectives.

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in
IT sales, software services, or SaaS-based solutions
.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Good understanding of IT products, services, and emerging technologies.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is an added advantage.
