We are now looking for a
Business Analyst
to join our Gurgaon office — someone who will work directly with the Founder to turn vision into structure, numbers, and processes. This role is not a back-office job; it is a front-row seat to building something global and transformational.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with the Founder on
    People, Product, and Brand processes
    .
  • Translate big ideas into
    numbers, KPIs, and dashboards
    .
  • Create
    clear processes and SOPs
    for growth.
  • Analyse
    data from sales, finance, and operations
    — find patterns, spot opportunities.
  • Help design
    systems that scale
    across India and the world.
  • Be part of a team where the

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years of experience.
  • Strong in
    maths, equations, Excel/Sheets
    , and ideally some finance software.
  • Naturally
    analytical and structured
    , but open-minded and optimistic.
  • A
    problem solver
    who can handle variety: one day it's sales KPIs, next day it's refining brand processes.
  • Someone who thrives in a
    positive, people-focused environment
    .
