Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Madurai for a Background Verification Executive. The Background Verification Executive will be responsible for conducting background checks, verifying employment details, confirming educational backgrounds, and validating residential addresses. Additionally, this role involves preparing reports, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications

Candidate should be located in Madurai. Experience in conducting Background Verification, Employment Verification, and Education Verification

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Proficiency in using verification tools and software

Capable of working independently and as part of a team

Prior experience in HR operations or a related field is a plus

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
