About the Role

Kïdo is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for a
dynamic and highly networked Sales Manager
to drive
corporate partnerships and business growth for our childcare solutions
across India.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to
shape and execute the corporate sales strategy
, build long-lasting CXO/HR stakeholder relationships, and
close high-value B2B opportunities
to set up childcare centers within corporate campuses and business parks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a powerful lead-generation plan to achieve monthly & annual targets
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers in corporate organizations
  • Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline across India
  • Nurture strategic relationships with HR leaders and corporate stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine strategy
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations & tailored pitches for clients
  • Lead business development conversations and support contract negotiations
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from qualification to closure
  • Collaborate with internal Ops teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Drive footprint expansion across South India
  • Extensive travel across India required

Qualifications/Experience

5+ years of experience selling services to corporate clients in South India

Proven record of
meeting/ exceeding quarterly sales targets for 2–3 consecutive years

Strong network within the
corporate HR community

Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills

Ability to design
data-driven, high-impact proposals & decks

Proficiency in
MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel

Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred)

Self-motivated, driven and collaborative
