Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on skills and experience)
Job Overview
Vats Industry Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and well-organized Office Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. The candidate must be efficient in multitasking and possess strong administrative and coordination skills. Knowledge of MS Office and Tally is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage calls, emails, and internal/external communication.
- Maintain files, records, and documentation effectively.
- Perform data entry and basic accounting tasks using MS Office and Tally.
- Coordinate with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies when needed.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist in administrative duties.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Coordinator, Admin Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Working knowledge of Tally is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Professional attitude and reliability.
Who Can Apply
- Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in office coordination or administration.
- Must be willing to work full-time from 10 AM to 7 PM.
