Job Title: Office Coordinator

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on skills and experience)

Job Overview

Vats Industry Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and well-organized Office Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. The candidate must be efficient in multitasking and possess strong administrative and coordination skills. Knowledge of MS Office and Tally is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage calls, emails, and internal/external communication.
  • Maintain files, records, and documentation effectively.
  • Perform data entry and basic accounting tasks using MS Office and Tally.
  • Coordinate with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Maintain office inventory and order supplies when needed.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist in administrative duties.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Coordinator, Admin Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Working knowledge of Tally is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
  • Professional attitude and reliability.

Who Can Apply

  • Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in office coordination or administration.
  • Must be willing to work full-time from 10 AM to 7 PM.
