Hiring: US IT Operations Assistant – Night Shifts | Onsite (Hyderabad)

We are seeking a
dedicated and experienced Operations Assistant
to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a
night shift, onsite-only position
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operational activities and assist the management team
  • Manage accounting tasks including invoices and ledger statements
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation with accuracy
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
  • Monitor processes and proactively flag issues or delays
  • Handle administrative duties including scheduling, follow-ups, and data entry
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience
    in operations and administrative support
  • Must have prior experience working with an IT staffing company
  • 2+ years of experience
    in accounting, invoice processing, and ledger management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working onsite in Hyderabad
  • Flexibility to handle diverse tasks and adapt to changing priorities
