We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Senior / Mid-Level Partner Success Manager – Business Development & Account Growth to accelerate the expansion of our Dental Insuretech platform within the employee benefits landscape.
This independent role reporting to the Founder, is designed to facilitate the sales growth process by building new partner-driven opportunities while also farming existing accounts to unlock further value and long-term growth. As a connector across insurers, brokers, benefits platforms, and client HR teams, you will play a critical role in creating a thriving ecosystem for adoption and expansion.
Core Responsibilities
• Business Development Facilitation: Generate and qualify new business opportunities through insurers, broker networks, and benefits technology platforms.
• Account Farming & Growth: Strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners to identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities that drive recurring growth.
• Partner Engagement: Cultivate and manage partnerships with insurers, brokers, and benefits tech providers to fuel both new business and account expansion.
• Support Sales Outcomes: Support the Sales Management team by aligning partner activity with sales strategy, ensuring a healthy pipeline and smooth opportunity handoffs.
• Client Advisory: Engage with HR and benefits leaders to showcase the value of dental wellness and digital insurance solutions, creating pull for adoption and expansion.
• Market Development: Drive awareness through partner-led campaigns, events, and initiatives that enhance visibility and demand.
• Data & Insights: Track pipeline and account growth metrics, analyze performance, and share insights to continuously refine business development strategies.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed on insuretech innovations, benefits trends, and competitive activity to guide growth opportunities.
Ideal Profile
• 6–12 years of experience in business development, account management, or partner success (insurance, healthtech, employee benefits, or SaaS preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to farm existing accounts for growth while supporting new business pipeline creation.
• Strong knowledge of insurance distribution models, employee benefits solutions, or healthtech platforms.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Highly proactive, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment
