Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur (In person)

Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift

Salary Range: ₹18000 – ₹22,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executive with at least 6 months of telesales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
  • Explain products/services and generate interest in the offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/weekly sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Record customer details, feedback, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow-up with prospects and close deals effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum6 months of telesales experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
