Tele-caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential customers with the goal of generating leads, selling products or services, or gathering information. You will represent the company professionally over the phone and provide excellent customer service while achieving performance targets. This role requires effective communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers based on provided lists, leads, or databases.
- Introduce company products or services to customers and explain their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about products or services and answer customer inquiries.
- Persuade customers to purchase products or services or schedule appointments, as per campaign objectives.
- Follow predefined scripts and sales processes while adapting communication style to individual customer interactions.
- Collect and record customer information, including contact details, preferences, and feedback, in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards during all interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
- Handle customer objections and concerns effectively, striving to overcome obstacles and close sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, feedback, and best practices for improving sales performance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing regulations and ethical standards.
- Participate in training sessions and skill development activities to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Proven experience as a tele-caller, telemarketer, or similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with the confidence to make sales pitches and handle objections.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center tools for managing leads, tracking calls, and recording interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Resilience and persistence in pursuing leads and achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer preferences and achieve sales goals.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
