About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DTP Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating, formatting, and finalizing documents, marketing materials, and other design-related outputs for both print and digital use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and format brochures, flyers, reports, presentations, newsletters, and other documents.
  • Ensure accuracy in layout, fonts, images, and overall design quality.
  • Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams to finalize deliverables.
  • Make corrections and adjustments as per stakeholder feedback.
  • Prepare files for printing and ensure compatibility with printing requirements.
  • Maintain organized archives of templates, artwork, and final documents.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs within given timelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a DTP Operator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for layout and typography.
  • Knowledge of pre-press, printing processes, and file formats.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
