Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Design Operator proficient in Adobe In-design, Photoshop, and Illustrator to support our creative and localization teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and formatting files, creating layouts, and ensuring design consistency while working closely with our DTP and localization teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on multilingual desktop publishing (DTP) tasks using In-design, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Recreate or modify existing documents into different languages while maintaining layout integrity.
  • Ensure fonts, text flow, alignment, images, and overall document quality meet client standards.
  • Prepare print-ready and web-ready files.
  • Collaborate with project managers, linguists, and QA teams to meet deadlines and specifications.
  • Perform graphic adaptations and adjustments according to project needs.
  • Follow style guides, templates, and client preferences accurately.
  • Troubleshoot design issues and provide creative solutions when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy.
  • Understanding of print and digital file formats (PDF, EPS, JPG, PNG, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of multilingual typesetting and right-to-left (RTL) language handling is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of pre-press and color management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduates from any streams
  • Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Acrobat, After Effects) is a bonus
