**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and format brochures, books, newsletters, advertisements, and other printed materials using Adobe InDesign.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and other team members to understand project requirements.
- Ensure all files are prepared for print, following specifications such as bleed, trim, and safety areas.
- Adjust layouts, fonts, images, and content as required for both print and digital outputs.
- Maintain consistency in design and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Proofread materials to ensure accuracy in typography, layout, and content.
- Optimize files for different formats, including PDF, EPS, and other print-ready formats.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Work closely with the printing team to ensure high-quality final output.
- Troubleshoot any issues with files or software that may arise during the production process.

**Required Skills**:

- **Proficiency in Adobe InDesign** (advanced skills preferred).
- Working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite programs like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of print production, prepress processes, and file preparation.
- Ability to format large documents such as books and manuals.
- Experience with typesetting, text alignment, and layout design.
- Familiarity with color correction, image resolution, and graphic design principles.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
