Employee relations: Acting as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining continuous and cohesive internal communication.
Talent acquisition: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Compliance and policies: Ensuring adherence to company HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
Employee engagement: Implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and create an inclusive environment.
Payroll and administration: Assisting with payroll, managing HR files, and other generalist HR activities.

Requirements Education -MSW
Experience -3-5 years ,
Should be willing to work in 3 shifts - 10-6pm, 6 am -2.30pm and pm
Male candidates are preffered
