Process: International Voice & Semi Voice (Customer Support) - UK Process

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through inbound international voice call

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently with a customer-first approach

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Maintain professionalism while handling high-pressure situations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards are met

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education Qualification: Both Graduates and Undergraduates
  • Experience: min 1 year into international Process (Customer Support)
  • Skill Set: Excellent Verbal and Written communication in English (C1 Proficiency)
  • Immediate Joiners

  • Willing to work in 24*7 rotational Shifts

  • Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to 5 LPA
  • Work Schedule: 5 day Working, 2 days Week Off (Rotational)
  • Transportation: 1 Way cab (with in 25 KMS Radius)
  • Work Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad

1. Designation: Technical Support Executive/Advisor (L1/L2)

Process: International Voice (Customer Support)

Role & responsibilities

  1. Handle customer technical queries and provide solutions over voice calls.
  2. Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, or network and guide customers step-by-step.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues when required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education Qualification: Both Graduates and Undergraduates
  • Experience: min 1 year into international Process (Customer Support)
  • Skill Set: Excellent Verbal and Written communication in English (C1 Proficiency)
  • Immediate Joiners

  • Willing to work in 24*7 rotational Shifts

  • Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to 4.8 LPA
  • Work Schedule: 5 day Working, 2 days Week Off (Rotational)
  • Transportation: 2 Way cab (with in 25 KMS Radius)
  • Work Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Note: If not opt for the cab, you will get 4500 Rs per month as Travel Allowances
