Crego is an AI-native techfin platform that empowers NBFCs, Banks, and Fintechs to swiftly create and launch new credit products. Specialising in co-lending and supply chain financing (SCF), our platform is versatile and geography-agnostic. We significantly reduce the time to deployment from the industry standard of 4-6 months to just a few weeks. Our composable architecture with reusable components and API-first design enables rapid customisation and AI integration at any stage, facilitating seamless lending product deployment.

About the Role

We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Product Intern
to join our team at Crego. You will work closely with the product and tech teams to make our product easier to understand and use. This includes creating simple documentation, building product demos, and improving the wording inside the product (error messages, feature descriptions, tooltips, etc.).

This internship is a great opportunity to learn how a SaaS product is built and improved while gaining hands-on experience in product management and UX writing.

What You'll Do

  • Write and update product guides, FAQs, and simple documentation.
  • Create product demos or walkthroughs to showcase features.
  • Work with the tech team to understand new features and explain them clearly.
  • Suggest better wording for messages and instructions inside the product.
  • Learn how SaaS products work, especially in the fintech/loan tech space.

What We're Looking For

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in SaaS and fintech products.
  • Eagerness to learn and collaborate with different teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to explain things in a simple way.
  • No prior experience required, but any exposure to product documentation or technical content writing is a plus.
