Age Around 45 years

Location Mumbai, overseeing three plants located near Mumbai and one greenfield about to be set up in nearby location.

Experience: at least 18 – 20 years' experience in managing operations. Must have lead teams across multiple locations. A person with proven leadership and success in medium to large organisations. International exposure would be an added advantage.

Compensation – Designed to attract the best in the industry. This is a CXO position with potential for immense growth reporting to the board.

Roles & Responsibility

  • To head all manufacturing operations of the company.
  • In the role, the candidate is expected to provide operational and strategic leadership to current and future manufacturing operations.
  • She/he is expected to lead a team of professionals in each plant location and be accountable for Customer Service, Quality, Production output and Productivity, Safety, Cost efficiency and Profitability and Manpower development.
  • She/he is also expected to provide strategic inputs and guidance in capacity expansion/upgradation.
