About Us

C Block is a growing creative agency specializing in video production, digital storytelling, and branded content. We're expanding our team and looking for a passionate Content Creator who can bring fresh ideas, strong Malayalam writing, and visual creativity to our projects.

Role Overview

We're looking for someone who loves creating content — from writing catchy Malayalam scripts to assisting in video shoots and editing. You'll work closely with our video editor and creative head to produce content for our clients and in-house projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write engaging Malayalam scripts for videos, reels, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative and video teams to develop story concepts and shot ideas.
  • Assist in videography (shooting short-form and branded content).
  • Handle basic video editing and post-production when required.
  • Research trends, cultural moments, and local insights to generate creative ideas.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and content strategy discussions.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong command of Malayalam writing and storytelling.
  • Basic to intermediate videography and video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
  • Understanding of social media content trends (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Creativity, initiative, and a good sense of humor or cultural relevance.

Bonus Points

  • Experience creating content for brands or agencies.
  • Ability to appear on camera or direct shoots.
  • Graphic design knowledge (Canva / Photoshop) is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Journalism, or any related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Fluency in Malayalam (essential) and basic English understanding.
