Role Description

This is a
full-time on-site role

Digital Marketing Executive
located in
Kottayam
.

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. This includes planning and executing
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
,
Google Ads
,
PPC campaigns
, and
Performance Marketing
strategies.

The role involves driving
organic growth
, optimizing campaigns for ROI, managing
social media marketing
, creating engaging
web content
, and leveraging
web analytics
to measure and improve performance. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure all marketing initiatives align with the company's business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    Digital Marketing
    , including
    Meta Ads
    ,
    Google Ads
    ,
    PPC
    , and
    Performance Marketing
  • Strong understanding of Organic Marketing
    ,
    SEO
    , and
    Content Marketing
  • Proficiency in using major digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
    (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Excellent
    Communication
    and
    Copywriting
    skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business Administration, Communications
    , or a related field
  • Ability to work both
    independently

    collaboratively
    within a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a digital agency or similar marketing role is a
