Job Title: Junior SAP Business Analyst / Project Management Support

Duration: FTE - Hybrid

Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SAP Business Analyst / Project Management (BA/PM) Support resource to assist with requirement gathering, documentation, and project coordination. The role will also involve supporting SAP functional/technical teams in day-to-day activities, tracking project progress, and managing tasks through JIRA and other collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Support SAP Project Managers and Business Analysts in day-to-day project activities.

Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.

Create, maintain, and track project tasks, user stories, and tickets in JIRA (or similar tools).

Coordinate with business users, SAP consultants, and technical teams to facilitate smooth delivery.

Support preparation of project documents such as status reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and presentations.

Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning, execution, and defect tracking.

Perform initial troubleshooting of issues and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Support in maintaining project governance documentation, risks, and issues logs.

Contribute to process improvements, project tracking, and quality assurance activities.

Work closely with cross-functional teams across SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, etc.) to ensure business alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, PMO Support, or Junior Project Coordinator (SAP exposure preferred).

Basic understanding of SAP ERP / S/4HANA processes (any module exposure is an advantage).

Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.

Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have:

Prior experience supporting SAP implementation or enhancement projects.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Basic knowledge of ITIL processes (Incidents, Change, Release management).
