We are looking for SAP Business Analyst - Solution Manager System to join our IT Innovation Campus at Bangalore location. The position will be responsible for the initial and continuous system configurations, and the operation & maintenance of the modules Process Management, Test Management, Change Request Management incl. Transports, Incident Management and others. Together with the base administrator he is owning the system, plans and performs installations & upgrades, configures connectivity to the managed system landscape, and monitors the technical operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and implement SAP Solution Manager scenarios such as change request management, solution documentation, IT Service Management and Test Suite as part of an SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Design the IT processes for the different scenarios, and configure the Solution Manager system accordingly.
• Operate and monitor system transports based on the defined Charm procedures.
• Plan SAP Solution Manager system upgrades, implement service packs and bugfix notes, and execute required testing
• Plan the transition to SAP Cloud ALM
• Train the project teams in using SAP Solution Manager scenarios, and provide adequate training materials
• Support requirements management for SAP S/4HANA implementation project together with the functional and technical SAP teams
• Track, and implement appropriate quality measures and take ownership for reports back to project management

What You'll Bring

• Degree in an IT-related discipline, e.g. Information Technology, Informatics, Business, and or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience with SAP Solution Manager 7.2, and some if not all mentioned scenarios; ChaRM is a must.
• Solid understanding of SAP system architectures and application lifecycle management.
• Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA functional modules, SAP Test Automation, and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Excellent Communication
• Ability to identify pain points / weaknesses and to propose amendments to existing application processes.
