Overall Role

We are seeking a
Quality Analyst Intern
to join our team. The intern will work closely with our QA and development teams to ensure that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about building a career in software quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify bugs and issues.
  • Collaborate with developers to understand project requirements and ensure quality at every stage.
  • Document test results and report defects in a structured manner.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, review meetings, and QA discussions.
  • Learn and assist in automation testing (Selenium, JUnit, or other tools as applicable).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (final-year students are welcome).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of software testing concepts (manual and automation).
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Good communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
