About Us

We're seeking a dedicated
Quality Analyst
to join our team and ensure product excellence through rigorous manual and automated testing strategies. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding quality across every stage of the software development lifecycle, enabling seamless and reliable experiences for our users.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in planning, designing, and executing comprehensive
    manual test cases
    —including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Support the development and maintenance of
    automated test scripts
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to understand requirements and validate features
  • Identify, document, and track defects in a clear and structured manner using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Help maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reports
  • Gain exposure to CI/CD processes by contributing to automation integration in build pipelines (where applicable)

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC
  • Exposure to programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python and eagerness to apply them in test automation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in Scrum workflows
  • Exposure to API testing, performance testing tools, or CI/CD pipelines
