Sales Executive

We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive the acquisition of new clients by selling trading and demat accounts. The role involves outdoor sales, lead generation, and client onboarding for our stock broking services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, referrals, and local marketing activities.
- Pitch and explain the benefits of opening a trading and demat account with the company.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for account openings.
- Collect and verify KYC documents and assist clients with the account opening process.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain good relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide basic information on stock market products and services.
- Coordinate with back-office and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Keep records of sales and customer interactions using CRM tools or Excel.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of field sales experience in Stock Broking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of financial markets or willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with field work and traveling locally.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
