Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Clinical Quality Coordinator with hands-on experience in NABH accreditation processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of healthcare quality standards, internal audits, risk management, infection control, patient safety, and hospital documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the hospital's NABH accreditation journey – entry level and full accreditation.
- Conduct internal and clinical audits across departments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Implement and monitor risk management initiatives within the hospital.
- Oversee infection control protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain healthcare documentation and policies.
- Ensure effective patient safety protocols are in place and followed.
- Collaborate with hospital teams for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Train hospital staff on quality improvement, audits, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education:
Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or Life Sciences - Experience:
Minimum 1 year working in hospital quality or NABH-related roles - Skills:
- Knowledge of NABH Standards
- Clinical and Administrative Audit Experience
- Policy Development and Documentation
- Infection Control & Risk Management
- Compliance & Quality Assurance
