Duration of Appointment: One year from the date of appointment or date of expiry of project, whichever is earlier (Term extendable based on the performance and requirement)

Minimum Qualification & Post qualification Experience:

(a) Post graduate degree Or

(b) Graduate degree + 3 years of relevant experience.

Desirable Experience:

  • Three years working experience in the Office Management preferably in Hostel Office.
  • Candidates should have a good knowledge of computer applications.
  • Experience in handling students matters.
  • Experience of interacting with parents of students.
  • The candidate should have at-least 3 years of experience for handling various accounts, maintaining cash books, stock register, ledgers & preparation of BRS etc.
  • Candidates should have a good knowledge of financial accounting package i.e. Tally, ERP-9 Package etc.

This post is purely temporary and contractual basis for a period of one year or until the end of the project, whichever is earlier, with renewal based on satisfactory performance.
