Role Overview

As a
Performance Marketing Specialist
, you'll drive
user growth, activation, and retention
across digital channels. You'll own paid media strategy and execution - from Meta and Google Ads to influencer collaborations - ensuring every rupee spent converts to measurable impact.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimise
    paid acquisition campaigns
    across Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliate networks for RXpress App and WhatsApp journeys.
  • Build
    city-level hyperlocal marketing funnels
    for Pincode-level acquisition and new dark-store launches.
  • Define CAC, LTV, ROAS, and CPA benchmarks; implement dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to create
    conversion-optimised ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Lead
    ASO (App Store Optimisation)
    and growth experiments to improve organic acquisition.
  • Work with founders to design
    monthly growth sprints
    and influencer performance cohorts.
  • Analyse customer cohorts, retention funnels, and re-marketing audiences using GA4 and Meta Pixel data.
  • Manage budgets, forecast spend, and ensure marketing ROI aligns with business goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 - 4 years of
    hands-on experience
    in performance marketing or growth roles in E-commerce /
    Q-commerce (preferred)
    or D2C (Acceptable)
  • Expertise in
    Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and UAC campaigns
    .
  • Hustle mindset – someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
  • Strong analytical data-first mindset - comfortable with campaign dashboards, attribution models, and Excel.
  • Understanding of hyperlocal or city-launch marketing.
  • Deep understanding of Performance Marketing for App-based Commerce
  • Creative curiosity with a data-driven decision style.
  • Bonus: Experience with health-tech, telemedicine, or pharmacy delivery apps.
