Position: Senior Research Analyst

Experience: 3–5 years in Equity / Fundamental Research

Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) and other relevant qualification.

About the Role :

The company is seeking a Fundamental Research Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in Equities.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in conducting in-depth company and sectoral research, preparing investment theses, and presenting actionable insights directly to the CMD – Shri Vijit Ramavat.

Key Responsibilities :

* Conduct detailed company, sectoral, and thematic research to identify investment opportunities.

* Analyse DRHPs and RHPs for SME and mainboard companies.

* Attend analyst meets, conference calls , and interact with senior management team of companies under coverage.

* Track key developments, corporate actions, and industry events to assess their impact on companies fundamentals.

* Build and maintain robust financial models to support investment decisions.

* Prepare and present comprehensive research reports and findings to the management.

* Deep passion for equity investing and business analysis.

* Avid reader with curiosity about business models, industries, and market dynamics.

* Proactive, analytical, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
