Role & responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Manager Operations & Admin at the Dog Boarding Facility - in all operational and administrative duties.The job doesn't require physical handling of dogs as such is more about handling the pet parents ( owners of the dogs)
- Manage and nurture client relationships ( Pet Parents) , ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Send timely video updates to clients multiple times daily on Whatsapp updating the pet parents about the well being of their dog (crucial task).
- Handing operations related queries from clients on WhatsApp
- Handle walk-in client visits, showcasing our facilities professionally and warmly.
- Coordinate efficiently with various operations teams for seamless facility management.
- Perform general administrative duties, including occasional vendor coordination outside the office.
- Maintain thorough and organized internal documentation related to daily operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- A genuine love and compassion for dogs (essential).
- Good command over verbal and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage tasks proactively and independently.
- Prior administrative or client management experience will be advantageous but not mandatory.
