Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Software Testing Trainer to deliver engaging and practical training sessions on Manual Testing, Automation Testing (Java + Selenium), and API Testing (Postman + Rest Assured). The trainer will work with students, professionals, and corporate teams to build their skills through hands-on projects and real-world testing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interactive training sessions on Manual Testing, Automation (Java + Selenium), and API Testing (Postman, Rest Assured).

Prepare training materials, assignments, quizzes, and real-time project case studies.

Simplify and explain complex testing concepts in an easy-to-understand way.

Provide hands-on exposure to testing tools and frameworks.

Guide and mentor learners through project work and assessments.

Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and testing methodologies.

Customize training content based on learner profiles (students, working professionals, or corporate batches).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Manual and Automation Testing concepts.

Proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and API Testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured).

Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing documentation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

(Optional) Prior experience in corporate or academic training is a plus.
