Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments or meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
  • Coordinate with other departments for facility and maintenance requests.
  • Support HR or admin teams with office event coordination when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Customer-service oriented with a positive demeanor.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, Work From Office
  • Office hours: [8:00 AM – 6:00 PM]

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
