Job Title: Part-Time Female Receptionist cum Admin
Location: Sahakarnagar, Bangalore
Work Type: Part-Time (Minimum 4 hours per day)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a female receptionist cum admin who can manage front desk operations and basic administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a professional clinic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, messages, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the doctor and staff for daily appointments and clinic operations.
- Manage billing, invoices, and daily collections.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
- Assist in basic administrative duties such as data entry, inventory management, and filing.
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred.
- Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience as a receptionist or admin (clinic or customer service background preferred).
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
- Professional appearance and punctuality.
- Willing to work minimum 4 hours per day (timings flexible as per clinic schedule).
