Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Chennai. The role goes far beyond calendar management — you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring flawless execution of workshops, conferences, and consulting engagements across India and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workshop & Event Coordination:
    Plan, organize, and manage logistics for gamified training programs, conferences, and corporate workshops.
  • Client & Prospect Communication:
    Reach out to prospects, follow up on nominations, handle client queries, and ensure smooth communication before and after events.
  • Digital Marketing:
    Coordinate with design and marketing partners to promote workshops, manage social media campaigns, and track engagement.
  • Scheduling & Coordination:
    Manage calendar, arrange client meetings, travel itineraries, and virtual sessions.
  • Business Support:
    Assist in invoice processing, maintain client records, and coordinate with corporate partners during consulting projects.
  • Follow-up & Execution:
    Track action items, ensure timely completion, and provide regular updates.

Preferred Profile:

  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Client Relations Executive.
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital marketing tools.
  • Well-organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Passion for learning, events, and project management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in business conference producers, media, and digital marketing companies is an added advantage
