Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
• Capture the details of the consignment note and associated document in the Client system
• Should follow the instructions as mentioned in the Process Manual
• Self-learning skills
• Deliver the goals and targets as per the defined KPI's
• Follow the company policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and managerSpecial Skills
• Ability to read Handwriting from various Geographies
• Basic computer Knowledge required
• Ability of self-learning on live job
• Eye to Details
• Good Reading and writing knowledge of English Language
• Touch Typist with a minimum typing speed of 25 wpm with 85% accuracy
• Primarily Night Shift
• Note: Willingness to work in 24*7 environmentLanguage Capability
• EnglishSpoken & Written Proficiency Required
• Good communication skillsTechnical Proficiency & Requirements
• Hands on experience of using desktop or Laptop
• Comfort in Learning and Using Digital Tools
• Knowledge of using Virtual meeting application e.g.; Skype, Zoom or WebEx
• Intermediate understanding in using Broadband, Wi-Fi or phone internet tethering with desktop or Laptop
• Existing Home Broadband or Wi-Fi Connection. (preferred)
• Inverter back up available. (preferred)
