**Job Track Description**:

- Performs business support or technical work, using data organizing and coordination skills.

**Responsibility Statements**
- 1-3 years of experience in Voice Process (both Inbound or outbound calls)
- Willing to work in night shift and Sunday working as well (Weekdays off)
- Good English verbal skills required
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Respond to customer's issues on TAT
- Should have bachelors degree
