**Responsibility Statements**- 1 year experience in current roleWork in accordance to SOW and HIPAA guidelinesExperience in analyzing performance measures and good understanding of SLA/ KPI for the Processes.Receives, researches and resolves day to day work assignmentsGood at basic analytics and calculations-
