
Associate - Gmp Training

Main purpose of the role to Identify, develop and conduct the training required for the qualification of new Job/Role and existing personnel with respect to work methods, procedures, cGMP, and relevant task related activities.
Effective PLS administration at the facility with expert knowledge of input. Must be able to navigate client issues and bring to resolution. Have to work independently and be able to multitask
- Maintain Training records.
- Assist in PLS form execution, training log book review, SOJT training completion entry in PLS and PLS report generation.
- Support and coordinate internal audit of training records as required.
- Assist in hosting inspections related to GMP or Quality Systems.
- Coordinating and ensuring on the job induction training of all the new joiners. Coordinating the internal / external training programs.
- Assist with the development of training presentations and training programs.
- Assist with facilitated training, scheduling the training program, maintain training calendar. Maintain training records for site personnel per records retention policy and procedure.
- Assist department training coordinators with scheduling and delivery of training programs
- Review and Approve relevant documents in ELOG and review of PLS entries.
- Perform PLS Administration activities as and when required.
- Involve in Simplification projects identified.
Assist the Training lead in daily operations as needed.

How You Will Achieve It- Contribute to completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines.- Develop an area training planforthe Site Annual Training Planfor the delivery ofcurriculum topics, including required GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices)training, as well as otherareas.- Perform necessary assessments of site operationsand update necessary documents.- Maintain working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practicesand emerging regulatory and compliance concerns.- Manage the use of the appropriate technology and resources in order to ensure that adequate technical training is delivered.- Support Supervisors to accurately determine their team / colleagues training status prior to assigning GMP tasks to colleagues and contingent workers.- Work with the site Training teamand area SMEs to ensure that training methodology and the need for a learning assessment is properly determined and effectively implemented for allAsepticSOPs and other related GMP training topics.- In partnership withArea Supervisor, ensure that the process for managing learning assessment failures is defined and implemented effectively.- Create training material,coach Subject Matter Experts to design and develop training materials to improve knowledge and skills in their function and site performance.- Participate in the investigation of deviations in the plant associated with learning gap errors and recommend appropriate learning solutions to aid in reducing human errors to improve business processes and site performance.- Employ training effectiveness methods to evaluate the outcomes of key training programs against business objectives, propose and execute solutions to improve training delivery.- Provide recommendations for improvementin trainingsregularly in order to ensure Continuous Improvement loop.- Ensure that the training items that require periodic retraining/requalification are managed effectively.
