Job Description:

- Define the process for the control and update of Training Curricula and implement the process for periodic review of department Training Curricula.
- Establish and monitor training metrics and drive continuous improvement of the training system.
- Support Department Supervisors to accurately determine their team_ _colleagues' training status prior to assigning GMP tasks to colleagues.
- Monitoring training metrics on daily basis for all the production employees with on-time training without past dues.
- Able to handle change management & CAPA implementation.
- To impart the regular trainings to manufacturing/ contingent colleagues.
- Coordinate the introduction of newly joined colleagues to the respective department.
- Submission of training planner for new contingent workers.
- Monitoring of SOJT training and classroom training.
- Inform training-related concerns to the area manager and the site training team.
- Contribute to the completion of complex projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team.

**Qualifications**:
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Well-versed in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint presentation.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of QTS/ PDOCS/ EQMS
