Job Description :

  • Converting all the PR from the stores into Purchase orders in SAP.
  • Preparing Purchase orders for the vendors.
  • Arranging and coordinating quotations & samples from Companies for approvals.
  • Vendor Management- Assessment of vendors regarding service delivery, quality of product, emergency supplies, payment matter.
  • Generating Capex order / Contracts and handling the renewals.
  • Confirming with vendors about receipt of Purchase orders.
  • Coordinating with vendors during emergency requirements or shortage of medicines.
  • Completing the tier- activity of the new code in system.
  • Handling issues and queries of IT and stores related to billing.
  • Modification of bills in the system due to submission of incorrect invoice or bills.
  • Regular follow up with vendors for pending material.
  • Maintaining all the data wrt vendors.
  • Preparing various departmental MIS as and when required by the HOD.
  • To be part of the Quality Improvement Initiative and protocols of the organization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹121, ₹439,551.75 per year
