Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Organize client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to reach goals.
- Study market trends and competitors to stay ahead.
- Deliver excellent customer experience from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of proven sales experience, real estate background is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
