As the Senior General Manager, you will be the face of JLL at the clients site and will be responsible for interacting and addressing the needs of guests/tenants by maintaining strong public relations and taking feedback/suggestions. You will also be responsible for:

• Understanding business and ensuring integration between business and technology.
• Working closely with the operations and technical teams and being a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable.
• Providing analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
• Creating report templates and data gathering tools to meet desired future standards.
• Serving as data custodian & controller.
• Conducting trend analysis and aligning with the account management team.
• Utilizing technology tools including Helpdesk Trending and Analytics.
• Delivering output files for reports and dashboards.
• Signing off on data roadworthiness.
• Facilitating reporting on compliances.
• Seeking and collating data for analytics.
• Generating MIS and reports as management requires.
• Engaging in predictive reporting.
• Working with finance on budget targets.
• Cross-verifying data as per agreed TOR from time to time.
• Generating daily reports, weekly reports, MMR, QBR, ABR, etc., and owning those reports.
• Serving as custodian of all site team statutory compliances, documentation, and records.
• Being responsible for all audits related to compliance and uploading the OGS Compliance tool with all requisite documents.
• Tracking building statutory compliances for expiration and renewals.
• Ensuring all documentation is recorded in shared folders related to compliance.

• Being analytical and meticulous.
• Your role will involve coordination with various teams. You will pay attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills. You will use logic to troubleshoot problems and assign and monitor maintenance projects.
• A good knowledge of working procedures is essential.

You will have a Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or any equivalent, with a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the Real Estate/Hotel or Construction Industry. For residential sites, candidates with residential experience will be preferred.
