We're hiring a driven and customer-centric Inside Sales Associate to handle lead engagement and conversions through digital communication channels. This role is fully online/telephonic — no field visits required. You'll be responsible for connecting with prospects via WhatsApp and phone calls, understanding their needs, educating them about mutual fund offerings and platform features, and guiding them toward successful onboarding. Accurate CRM management and consistent sales performance will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to and engage prospects through WhatsApp and phone calls (no in-person meetings).
  • Clearly communicate product benefits and help customers understand mutual fund options.
  • Qualify and nurture leads through each stage of the sales funnel.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets consistently.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Full-time commitment.
  • Interest in financial products or investment solutions.
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and disciplined with follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
