Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Telecaller located in Lucknow. The Solar Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, identifying potential clients, providing information on solar products and services, and maintaining customer records. Additional tasks include following up with clients, scheduling appointments, and cooperating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service or telecalling
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and work under pressure
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheet
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly
  • Bachelor's degree is a must
  • Previous experience in the solar industry is a must
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
