Job Title: Fashion Consultant (Fresher) Location: Bangalore & Chennai
Overview: We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Fashion Consultants to join our team in Bangalore and Chennai. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers who are passionate about fashion and eager to learn in a dynamic retail environment. As a Fashion Consultant, you will assist customers in selecting outfits, provide personalized styling advice, and help the store achieve its sales targets. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring customers leave with a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance:
Welcoming Customers: Greet customers as they enter the store, offering a warm and friendly welcome. Understand their preferences and needs to help them find suitable products, from casual outfits to special occasion wear. Personalized Styling: Offer expert styling advice based on the customer's body type, preferences, and the latest fashion trends. Assist customers in choosing outfits that enhance their look and confidence. Product Knowledge: Be well-informed about the products, including fabric types, fits, sizes, and care instructions, so you can provide detailed and accurate information to customers. Sales Support:
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Actively suggest complementary items or accessories to complete the look. Promote special offers, new arrivals, and best-sellers to maximize sales opportunities. Checkout Assistance: Assist customers through the purchasing process, including managing transactions at the point of sale. Ensure the checkout experience is smooth, efficient, and professional. Customer Service:
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every customer leaves the store satisfied with their shopping experience. Handle inquiries or complaints professionally and work towards resolving issues in a way that ensures customer loyalty. Fitting Room Assistance: Assist customers in the fitting rooms by offering alternative sizes, suggestions for other styles, or additional products that may suit their needs better. Store Operations:
Visual Merchandising: Help maintain attractive displays in the store. Ensure that all products are neatly organized, showcased, and accessible to customers. Regularly update displays to reflect the latest trends and seasonal offerings. Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and help replenish products when necessary. Keep track of inventory to ensure that the store has sufficient stock of popular items. Store Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment. This includes ensuring that clothing racks, shelves, and fitting rooms are well-kept.
