Job Title: Spoken English Tutor Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Spoken English Tutor to train students in communication, fluency, and confidence building. The tutor will conduct interactive lessons and help learners achieve their language goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Spoken English classes (individual and group) interactively (Online/Offline)
  • Use role-plays, activities, and real-life scenarios to improve fluency.
  • Guide learners for interviews, presentations, and professional communication.
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback regularly.
  • Customize lesson plans as per student needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (English, Communication, or related field).
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Prior teaching/training experience specifically in Spoken English is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to motivate learners and create a positive classroom environment.

Key Skills:

  • Spoken & written fluency in English.
  • Public speaking & presentation skills.
  • Training delivery (offline/online).
  • Student engagement & mentoring.

Compensation (Pay Scale):

  • Payment will be on a percentage basis of student fees.
  • Example: 50% – 60% of the total fees per student (depending on experience, performance, and batch size).

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹5, ₹10,000.00 per month
